Anxiety 

Up to a third of the UK population will suffer from anxiety or panic attacks at some point in their lives. Anxiety is not new – it's part of the human condition - although the modern way of life with its constant influx of new information via the Internet and social media can contribute to an anxious state. 
 

Anxiety can change the way you think and feel, and lead to psychological symptoms such as restlessness, a sense of dread, feeling "on edge," irritability and difficulty concentrating. These feelings can mean that you end up avoiding social situations or struggling to cope in work situations, which can quickly lead to your anxiety getting worse. 

Physical symptoms of anxiety can include: 

A fast heart rate (palpitations) 
Shortness of breath 
Dizziness 
Trembling or shaking 
Muscular aches 
Dry mouth 
Sweating 
Tiredness 
Insomnia (inability to sleep) 
Headache 
Stomach ache or nausea
